When you are comparing quotes for conveyancing it is very important you know what’s included in the price and are comparing like for like. Some firms will give you a cheaper price but then the final price is double/treble that. Every house sale and purchase is different with different levels of searches often required but with our fixed fee promise we can guarantee the price we quote is the price you’ll pay (subject to any additional work required during the process).
What’s included in our fees?
- Legal Fees (our fee for completing the work)
- Administration of the mortgage or secured loan on your purchase
- Official Copies of Title
- Identification Check
- Land Registry Search
- Bankruptcy Search
- One Telegraphic Bank Transfer Service
- Production of Stamp Duty Land Tax Documents
Disbursements or Third Party Costs will be payable extra. These are not our costs and are fees that we need to pay to complete the transaction for you.
These include the:
- Land Registration Fee
- Stamp Duty Land Tax (% of the purchase price)
Supplemental fees such as searches will be payable extra but we will confirm all of these prices with you before commiting to the work.
