Banner Jones Strengthens Criminal Team

Banner Jones are pleased to announce that Kevin Tomlinson has joined the Company as of 1st December as a director, to further add strength to the company’s highly regarded criminal and child care teams.
Kevin, who specialises in Criminal Law and child care proceedings, has moved from Kieran Clarke Green solicitors in Chesterfield where he was a Partner. Kevin is a highly qualified lawyer rated in the top 3 Criminal Defence Solicitors in the East Midlands by Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2009. He is also qualified as a Solicitor Higher Courts Advocate and is a member of the Children Panel representing children, children’s guardians, parents and grandparents in child care cases.
