Banner Jones' experienced family law team know that you need specialist advice in what may be a difficult and stressful time. We will provide clear guidance and a summary of all your options, of which there may be several. We’ll set out your options in plain English and make sure you understand how your case might progress. We’ll provide you with support and sensitivity throughout your case but be assured we will also take a strong and robust position when necessary.
We have Resolution and Collaborative Law accredited specialists who are trained to the high levels expected of Resolution Specialists. We will endeavour to look for a non-confrontational solution, although in some cases we appreciate that this may not always be possible.
“Advice” from friends and family is well meaning, and you need their support, but the information they can give often relates to circumstances which are different to your own and can give you false expectations and mislead you, unintentionally. Always seek professional advice as early as possible so you know exactly where you stand.
We will advise you on the various methods of funding and as to whether or not you are entitled to Legal Aid. You may also benefit from our new Fixed Fee packages. We will always provide a clear indication at the outset as to the expected level of fees which may be incurred.
If you need advice regarding your children then we have accredited specialists within our team who are best placed to advise you.
