Management Structure
Banner Jones is managed by a board of four executive directors with designated roles covering amongst other things: finance, business development, marketing, IT, HR and accounts.
Each executive board member is appointed as the representative of one or more of the company's various departments so that each department is always represented at executive board meetings.
Executive board members are appointed by election in accordance with the company's shareholder agreement.
The current executive board members are:

Chris Sellars: Business Development, HR
