Kevin has practised in Chesterfield since 1985, specialising in criminal defence and child care proceedings. Ranked as one of the top 3 criminal defence lawyers in the East Midlands (Chambers Guide to the legal Profession 2009), Kevin brings a wealth of experience to our team.

He has been a Duty Solicitor for criminal cases since the Duty scheme was introduced and is also qualified as a Solicitor Higher Courts Advocate allowing him to represent criminal defence cases in the Crown Court.

Kevin is also a Member of the Children Panel, representing children, children’s guardians, parents and grandparents.
