Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1996 in the City of London and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Sarah specialises in business law and her work includes business and share sales/purchases, shareholder agreements, business structures, company formations, commercial agreements, acquisitions, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, joint ventures, terms and conditions.

Sarah has a particular interest in family businesses and can provide succession planning advice as well as company and partnership law advice.

Sarah also undertakes inheritance tax advice together with the creation and administration of trusts and works with charities, community and other "not for profit" organisations.

Sarah also leads our Personal Injury Compensation Trust team which provides services for both Banner Jones clients as well as clients referred by other local solicitors.
