Chris Sellars

Chris qualified in 1992 and focuses on company and commercial work. He advises a wide variety of clients ranging from those with small businesses to major companies.

His work includes sales and purchases, commercial agreements, and advice on directors’ duties. He is also experienced in partnership law including limited liability partnerships. Chris undertakes commercial dispute resolution and will negotiate on his client’s behalf, or pursue the matter in court if necessary.

Chris has a strong commercial understanding, he is a good negotiator, and very approachable. He is involved with the community and with sport in particular. He is a member of the Board of Young Enterprise, and the board of the company that owns Chesterfield Football Club. He is also a member of the Board of Trust of St. Peter and St. Paul’s School Trust.
