Rebecca qualified in 2001 and has concentrated on private client work exclusively in her legal career. Initially focusing on tax advice for wealthy individuals and particularly for agricultural clients, she also deals with Wills, the administration of estates, the creation and administration of trusts, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.



A member of STEP and of Solicitors for the Elderly, Rebecca has developed a special interest and expertise in matters relating to the care of the elderly. From planning for long term care fees and the preservation of assets, to care home contracts, challenging funding decisions made by the Local Authority or NHS, issues surrounding mental capacity, and the provision of care services at home.



Rebecca is actively involved with a number of charities working with elderly or disabled people – both professionally and personally – and cares passionately about issues surrounding society’s most vulnerable adults.
