Toby has specialised in family and matrimonial work since 1996, qualifying in 1997. He joined Banner Jones as a family partner in 2008 to build on the department’s strong reputation and private client work.

A trained Mediator and experienced Collaborative lawyer, Toby looks to bring a constructive, professional and conciliatory approach to high net worth divorce and financial work.

An accredited specialist with Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association), Toby is also able to help with issues surrounding Children, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and domestic violence.

Toby is the South Yorkshire collaborative group liaison officer and the only male collaborative lawyer in Sheffield. He is actively involved locally, regionally and nationally trying to move non-confrontational collaborative law forward and make it more widely available for suitable cases.
