If you have a problem with goods you have purchased, we may be able to negotiate a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, we will act for you in enforcing your rights through the courts.
Our experience covers many types of dispute. Typical examples are:
- faulty cars and other goods which are not satisfactory
- hire purchase and credit agreements for unsatisfactory goods
- faulty or incomplete work by builders or other tradesmen
- unfair consumer contracts
