What do you specialise in?
Matthew graduated from Central Lancashire University and Friedrich Schiller University, Germany with LLB (Hons) Law and Languages. Matthew speaks German. Following a post graduate diploma at Sheffield University, Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in 2002.
As a Director, Matthew heads up the commercial department in the Mansfield office and manages a portfolio of commercial property and development work.. Matthew’s specialisms include Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Commercial Property Leases, Licensing, Business acquisitions and disposal.
Matthew has particular expertise in site assembly and plot disposals, and commercial property within the retail and leisure sectors.
In August 2019 Matthew qualified as a Notary Public and he now provides notarial services to clients from the Mansfied office.
