What do you specialise in?
Since qualifying in 1993 Diane has been a specialist in family law. She joined the firm in 2004. Her background includes three years of working entirely on legal issues affecting children. As well as advising on contact and residency when children’s parents break-up, she can also represent children in care proceedings brought by social services agencies. Diane’s family work includes helping clients to resolve the problems of divorce and co-habitation breakups. Her experience in financial matters, including property division, enables her to give sound advice. Where necessary, Diane can obtain injunctions to prevent domestic violence. Diane’s approach is to find the best way forward for clients, helping them to reach agreement wherever possible whilst ensuring that their rights are upheld.
Accreditations & memberships
Member of the Law Society Children Panel. Diane is also a Qualified Mediator with the Family Mediation Council and a member of Resolution mediation.
