What do you specialise in?

Andrew studied law at Liverpool John Moores University before completing the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Chester. Andrew joined Banner Jones in January 2007 and gained initial experience as a paralegal in the firm’s Residential Property department. Andrew is now a Solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department where he works on a wide range of matters ranging from acting for both Claimants and Defendants in civil litigation claims such as contractual disputes, building disputes, probate disputes and other general commercial and civil disputes. Andrew also does a great deal of work acting in relation to both commercial and residential tenancies, in particular possession proceedings for residential tenancies and also heads up the firms debt recovery and insolvency departments.

What would your ideal holiday be?

A week wakeboarding on a California lake followed by a week of snowskiing

Buying a house!
