What do you specialise in?

Robert qualified in 1976 and has been a partner in the firm since 1981. His early experience covered the whole range of legal work including conveyancing, family law, wills and other areas. He had a particular interest in employment law. He also spent 12 years specialising in criminal law.

Accreditations & memberships

Robert also is an executive member of the Law Society's Law Management Commitee.

What was your first job?

Sadly Articled Clerk with a predecessor firm at Marsden Chambers.

What are your hobbies?

Annoying the firms marketing dept by always being the last to complete any request for information! and gardening.

What's your favourite drink?

Anything alcoholic

What would your ideal holiday be?

A weekend in any European city watching Sheffield United win the final of the Champions League
