What do you specialise in?

Carey studied for her Ilex qualification at Sheffield College in 1997, taking her final exan in 2001. She was admitted as a fellow in 2003. Carey joins us after 12 years with Norrie Waite & Slater where she was working within their Family Law team. Carey specialises in all private family law matters including divorce and any related financial matters or children issues, cohabitation issues, pre and post-nuptial agreements, separation deeds and injunctions.

What was your first job?

Saturday job in a dry cleaners

What are your hobbies?

I remember having those pre children! They would be going to theatre, running and reading

What's your favourite drink?

Red Wine

What would your ideal holiday be?

Travelling across Australia in a winibago

What has been your greatest achievement this year?

Cycling from Manchester to Blackpool and helping to raise over £7,000 for Alzheimers Reseach.
