What do you specialise in?

William has been with the firm since the 1970s and now focuses on family law and residential conveyancing. Divorce and the break-up of co-habitation relationships are the basis of his family work. It includes resolving financial arrangements, and issues surrounding children such as maintenance, residency and contact. Where necessary, he obtains injunctions to protect clients against domestic violence. On the conveyancing side, William undertakes residential property transactions. His past experience includes civil litigation, licensing law and Wills. Since the firm enlarged in 1999, William has been Head of the Clay Cross branch office. William’s long experience enables him to understand every aspect his clients’ legal problems and to give expert advice
