We are still open and here for you.
Although our offices are now closed to clients, the majority of the Care team are now working successfully from home, with full access to the systems they need, so minimal disruption to our service is anticipated. We also have access to Skype and WhatsApp to assist with communications.
In the current national emergency we are doing everything we can to prepare your case and represent you in court, however, the way we do this has had to change.
We will send copies of evidence and documents to you by email where possible. Please use email or messaging and send us copies of documents electronically, you can use a scanning App such as Microsoft Office Lens on your phone to send us clear pictures of paper documents.
The Courts are now closed to the public and hearings will normally be by phone or video. Your hearing may be postponed and we will tell you if/how your hearing will take place as soon as possible, but this is often subject to change.
