Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Mansfield
Our reputable and highly regarded Private Client Department are looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ experience offering a fantastic demonstrable client service delivery specialising in a caseload of Probate, Court of Protection, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, LPAs and Wills based in Mansfield.
Full or Part Time Hours - Permanent Contract.
Commencement date is immediate start (Dependant on Notice period). Hours of business are: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 + years’ experience in working on a broad range of private client matters. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters into an understandable format in order to deliver a first class legal service to clients face to face and on the telephone. Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills are essential to this role.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have a natural ability to work at pace and be a proactive, approachable and flexible team player. This position is a stand-alone and client facing role with the advantage of working within a wider team and would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate and able to meet time recording billing and performance targets. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with a caseload of Private Client matters including Probate and Court of Protection matters, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, LPAs and Wills with minimal supervision. There will also be an element of assisting with the supervision and development of team members whilst also being actively involved in business development, seeking new clients and demonstrating continuous professional development.
A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
Own transport/valid UK driver licence holder is essential as there may be an element of travelling to various locations to attend clients, professionals and company offices.
