An excellent opportunity has become available for a support worker to join our busy and well respected Legal 500 recommended Personal Injury team based in Chesterfield.

 

Full time Hours - Permanent Contract.

 

Commencement date: one month 

Hours of business are:  Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

The Role

To be considered for this position you must be able to provide excellent client care, have good IT skills and a desire subject to training to develop skills to support the services provided by the team. You should have a clear and professional telephone manner and be responsible for providing support to the Personal Injury team fee earners including completion of typing and administrative tasks. In addition and following training you will be expected to make submissions to the claims portal, prepare case bundles and undertake review and pagination of medical records. You will need to possess excellent computer skills and be numerate with the ability to keep meticulous records and accounts.   You will also be required to offer  support to our Employment and Dispute Resolution Departments when required. 

The position would suit someone who is highly organised, efficient and proactive, who can use their own initiative and are committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all round communication skills providing good customer service and attention to detail is essential.

Salary is negotiable, according to experience.
