Becky joined Banner Jones in January 2024 as a Chartered Legal Executive working in our Probate Team in Chesterfield. Becky started off her career working for HSBC in their Probate Team and then moved to Irwin Mitchell where she worked for 11 years in their Contentious Trust and Probate Team. More recently Becky has worked locally in non-contentious probate work.
She specialises mainly in probate work but has experience in contentious probate matters, Will writing, Court of Protection and Trusts.
Qualifications
Becky qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2011.
She completed a BSc in Management Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 1998.
