What do you specialise in?

Sara is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive specialising in HR and Employment law. Sara worked as a paralegal whilst studying with CILEX providing her with a substantial amount of experience prior to qualifying in 2011.

Sara provides advice and support at all stages from internal disputes to full Tribunal representation. Whilst Sara does particularly enjoy being involved in Tribunal litigation and the technical arguments that unfold, she also enjoys finding an amicable solution for her clients at an early stage which can save time and costs but also the emotional distress that is often created by workplace fall outs.

Throughout her career Sara has advised a wide range of individuals and businesses as well as charities and not for profit organisations. Offering this service to businesses enables Sara to really get to know her client’s business and working alongside them daily to ensure it safely and effectively manages its’ staff and reducing difficult HR situations that can create future problems and risk to the business.

Great service.

Mr C, Sheffield

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Sara on board for all of our HR related requirements. Sara is always responsive and the service we  receive provides us with tremendous reassurance and is incredibly valuable to us. We have developed a good relationship and view Sara as an extension of our team which is exactly what we hoped would be the case when commencing our contract with Banner Jones. We feel supported and confident in our business decisions. Sara takes the time to explain things clearly and she liaises with and supports our entire office based team. She always provides options and is really effective at helping us to stay calm and understand the legal perspective of our business decisions. By engaging this service from Sara we are far more effective and efficient when it comes to the HR Elements of our organisation and we couldn’t be happier with the service, advice and support that we have received.
