Holly's role within the Chesterfield based Residential Property department encompasses all aspects of conveyancing. Holly's specialism in property law enables her to act for clients in both residential and commercial property situations with matters such as the buying and selling of leaseholds and freeholds, tenancy agreements, remortgaging and conveyancing.
By using effective communication methods, Holly ensures that matters are handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and that her clients are kept up to date with the latest progress made on their cases.
