Our Advice Process

We offer two types of initial appointments for a fixed fee, which is payable in advance.

The Forty – 40 minute call: £350 +VAT

This package includes a 40-minute phone call with an unfair dismissal solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, followed up with a brief written summary of advice. No documents will be reviewed in this option.

The Sixty – 60 minute advice appointment: £450 +VAT

This package includes a 60-minute advice appointment with an unfair dismissal solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive by phone, video call, or in-person, followed up with a brief summary of advice. We will also review up to 20 pages of documentation as part of this package .

Important information

Our initial appointments differ from the ‘free half hour’ consultations offered by some law firms. Free appointments are often limited to general guidance, so we do not offer them because we believe clients benefit from clear, tailored legal advice from the outset. In our experience, shorter free meetings do not allow enough time to discuss matters fully or provide practical advice about your specific situation, and written follow-up advice is usually charged for separately.
