Ben joined Banner Jones in November 2021 from Foys solicitors in Worksop, where he worked on a commercial property case load including sales and purchases, leases, licences, financing, auction sales /purchases, development and pension fund conveyancing.
Ben used to be a rock climbing instructor but then decided to enter the legal industry. Ben completed his training in St Albans at the niche commercial property firm Sherrards Solicitors, that dealt with such things as franchise work for Domino’s Pizza. He then worked at Shoosmiths in Nottingham on leasehold work for the likes of Boots and WHSmith.
Ben now works as part of the Banner Jones Commercial Property team in Chesterfield, focussing on:
