What do you specialise in?
Alexandra specialises in children and care law, with particular experience in the Public Law Outline (PLO) process and supporting clients involved in Care Proceedings. Having previously worked as a paralegal within the Care team, she has extensive experience assisting with the preparation and management of complex cases and now advises clients as a Solicitor following the completion of her training contract in October 2025.
Prior to joining Banner Jones, Alexandra worked at Sheffield Magistrates' Court as a Fines Officer. During her postgraduate studies, she also volunteered with Citizens Advice and Support Through Court, assisting litigants in person before and during court hearings.
Qualifications
Alexandra graduated in 2018 with an LLB Law and Criminology from The University of Sheffield. She completed her postgraduate studies in early 2021, and graduated with an LLM Legal Practice from BPP University Leeds in January 2022.

The Family and Care team is recognised in The Legal 500, one of the UK's leading independent legal directories, and has achieved a Tier 2 ranking for the second consecutive year, reflecting the strength and expertise of the department in children and family law matters.
