Charlotte joined Banner Jones on 13 April 2026 as a Solicitor in the Residential Property team in Mansfield. She advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new‑build transactions. Charlotte takes a practical and client‑focused approach, guiding clients clearly and efficiently through each stage of the conveyancing process.
Charlotte has worked in conveyancing since 2018, beginning as a placement student while completing her undergraduate degree and progressing through roles including conveyancing assistant, paralegal and trainee solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2021 and, after initially practising in family law, continued to support conveyancing teams in a supervisory capacity before returning fully to residential property work in summer 2024. Her experience in family law has proved particularly valuable when assisting clients with transactions arising from separation or divorce.
