Dawn is the Customer Relations Manager working within the Marketing Department. She is based at the Chesterfield Office.
Within her role, Dawn uses her excellent communication skills to build and maintain contact with clients so as to ensure the provision of excellent service standards across the company. Through her work and the information she gains from her regular contact with clients, she promotes high service standards and works to ensure the highest possible client retention and loyalty.
Dawn is also responsible for supervising and developing the company’s Quotes Team and the services which it provides.
