Kerry joined Banner Jones in 1996 and is our Head of the Costing department with over 20 years experience in Litigation and Publicly Funded costs.

Kerry specialises in drafting Personal Injury and Civil Litigation detailed bills, replies to points of dispute and negotiation. This includes brain injury cases valued up to £3.2mn.

She also prepares publicly funded claims for costs in Family and Care Proceedings. In addition Kerry has experience representing paying parties to include preparation of Points of Dispute and negotiation and preparation of Court of Protection bills of costs.
