Lily is working as Paralegal in our Private Client team in Chesterfield. As part of Stacey Davenport's Probate team, she supports with all aspects of Probate including Grant of Probate, full estate administration, complex estate administration and intestate estates where there is no Will in place, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trusts.
Qualifications
Lily graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2023 with a 2:1 LLB Hons. She is currently studying a combined Masters and LPC at Nottingham Trent University and is nearing completion of the LPC. Lily intends to continue her training at Banner Jones and aims to qualify as a Solicitor within the next few years.
