Rosalynde Green joined Banner Jones in October 2026 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). She has more than 20 years of experience specialising in residential conveyancing and, during her career, she has built a strong reputation for providing practical, efficient and client-focused advice to individuals and families moving home.
Over the years she has provided advice on all aspects of residential property transactions, both freehold and leasehold and registered and unregistered titles. As well as sales and purchases she has dealt with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and associated mortgage matters. Her work has included properties with shared ownership and government backed schemes.
Committed to maintaining the highest professional standards, Rosalynde regularly undertakes continuing professional development and keeps abreast of developments within the property sector, including training through the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
