Sarah Croft-Rayner

Sarah is a Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience advising clients on complex legal matters. She is a member of the firm's Employment Team in Chesterfield, advising both employees and employers on workplace issues and Settlement Agreements. Her experience advising clients, resolving disputes and negotiating settlements enables her to provide clear, pragmatic advice and help clients make informed decisions about their options.

Prior to joining the Employment Team, Sarah led Banner Jones' Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department and was recognised in The Legal 500 for her work in that field. Her career has been built around helping clients navigate difficult situations, understand their options and achieve the best possible outcome for their circumstances.
