Fast-growing padel operator Vida Del Padel is continuing its expansion across the UK, with plans for further sites nationwide, including a future venue in Chesterfield.
Having supported the business on two of its existing locations and working with them on a 3rd, we're delighted to see the team continue its growth journey and wish them every success as they pursue their ambitious expansion plans.
Founded by lifelong friends Ross, Cory and Jan, Vida Del Padel has grown rapidly since opening its first venue in Lincoln in 2024. The business now operates six clubs across the UK and has plans to expand to 20 locations, with Chesterfield among the towns identified for future growth.
At Banner Jones, our Business Legal Services team advised Vida Del Padel on commercial property matters relating to its Lincoln and Chichester sites and is advising on a London site, helping bring three key venues to life as part of the company's wider expansion journey.
We advised on the commercial lease and associated agreements required to facilitate the development of the clubs. The projects involved a number of planning and property-related considerations, but by working closely with the client we were able to help progress the developments and support the successful opening of the facilities.
