Emily joined Banner Jones in June 2026 as a Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department.
Prior to qualifying, Emily gained valuable experience in Criminal Defence and Private Client law, where she developed strong client care, communication, and case management skills. She now advises and assists on a wide range of matters, including:
- Property disputes
- Commercial litigation
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence
- Contentious probate
- Wills/Trusts/Estate disputes
- TOLATA claims.
Emily enjoys building positive relationships with clients and helping them navigate often complex and challenging legal issues with clear, practical advice.
Qualifications
Emily graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in July 2022 with an LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology.
She completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law in July 2025 and was admitted as a Solicitor on 4 December 2025.
