Michael joined Banner Jones in March 2008 as a Litigation Executive and applies over 20 years of experience in Debt matters and General Litigation as he works on a wide range of matters for both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation.
Michael’s principal specialisms are acting in relation to residential property disputes, with a particular emphasis on residential landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and contract disputes.
Michael likes to take a considered approach to all disputes by clearly establishing the client’s concerns and intentions and he always looks to find to the most cost effective resolution.
