Rachael specialises in all aspects of commercial property law and has spent her entire legal career advising clients in Sheffield. With more than 20 years of experience, she provides strategic and commercially focused advice for companies, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions.

Her expertise includes the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and land, commercial leasing, development projects, buy-to-let portfolio transactions, auction sales and purchases, and secured lending arrangements.

Since 2019, she has been a key member of the Business Legal Services team in Sheffield. Rachael's professionalism, efficiency and interpersonal skills continue to earn the loyalty of her clients, who frequently return to the firm in order to have Rachael help their businesses to continue to develop.

Qualifications

Rachael studied Law at the Nottingham Law School before qualifiying as a Solicitor in 2004.
