Expertise
Andrew undertakes a mixture of corporate and commercial property work including: company formations, commercial agreements, business sales and purchases, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leases, development projects and commercial premises sales and acquisitions.
Andrew further specialises in residential property development site acquisition and dealing with the legal requirements for the sale of new build residential properties (including Land Registry requirements, new home warranties and Help to Buy registration).
Following the retirement of Stephen Gordon in August 2022, Andrew is now the Head of Business Legal Services.
History
Andrew joined Banner Jones as a trainee solicitor in September 2005, qualifying in September 2007.
