Tim returned to the Business Legal Services team in August 2023. His legal background is in residential property, specialising in leasehold enfranchisement claims for landlords or tenants. As well as doing leasehold enfranchisement work at Banner Jones, he also works with Andrew Fielder on commercial & corporate cases.
Tim has an archaeology undergraduate degree and a law masters degree, both from University of Sheffield. Tim completed an SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination) course and qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.
