Tim joined Banner Jones in the summer of 2018 and works as part of our residential property team in Sheffield. Tim has specialised in residential property since finishing his law degree and helps clients primarily with Sales, Purchases, Transfers and Re-mortgages.
Driven by the high number of leasehold properties in Sheffield, Tim is now specialising in leasehold enfranchisement which involves assisting clients who wish to either extend their lease or purchase their freehold.
