Residential Property Conveyancers

Due to expansion, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or similar to join our busy and growing teams.  The roles will be based in Chesterfield and Dronfield. 

Full time Hours - Permanent contract.
Immediate Start (dependent upon notice period)

Hours of business are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm but some flexibility may also be considered.

The Role:

If you are currently frustrated, feel unsupported and are unable to progress in your current position, this exciting opportunity will enable you to work within an award winning and reputable company who will support and help you to become the best that you can be.   Initially, you will be expected to head up a small Residential Property team with an expectation to manage and grow the team. 

This position is appropriate for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or similar with at least 3 years post qualification experience.  If successful, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, advising and overseeing a small, busy and thriving Residential Property team offering technical support for junior members of the team and dealing with clients and referrers on a variety of Residential Property purchase and sale transactions.  

You must be able to hit the ground running on a caseload of Residential Property matters and will be used to working with an IT case management system.  You will also have a natural ability to work at pace and will be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision. 

As part of the role you will also be expected to work closely with the Company’s Head of Residential Property Department with the aim of continuing the growth of the work within the Department and team and will possess a demonstrable drive to contribute to the Department and teams’ ongoing success.  The position would suit someone who is highly organised, efficient and proactive who are committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure.  Excellent all round communication skills providing good customer service and attention to detail is essential.  You will be positively challenged and will be supported in the management of the team and the development of your role as a valued member of the Company.
