I applied to Banner Jones as I was looking to take the next step in my career by moving forward into residential conveyancing. Banner Jones appeared to offer a role where I would be involved in all aspects of a conveyancing process allowing me to gain experience and knowledge at a fast pace. The core principles of the company are demonstrated through its work on a daily basis, and I feel this is a testament to the business as a whole. Banner Jones has offered me extensive training from the beginning of my employment which has continued throughout. When I first started my position I was provided with guidance and notes on every aspect of my role, and this has been added to with more in depth training at regular points during my time here. Both colleagues and management are always willing to assist and help with any questions I may have to help me become more efficient and knowledgeable within my role. If anything useful is found or noted down by another colleague to help assist with career development it is quickly circulated to the relevant employees to assist us in our roles.

Banner Jones is a league above anywhere I have ever worked before. The staff and management are extremely friendly and approachable allowing the working environment to be pleasant and enjoyable. From the start of my employment I have always felt welcome and valued which is very important for anyone coming into a new business. There are a large variety of charity and social activities that the firm promotes which is an excellent way to converse with colleagues both inside and outside of work.
