The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to work closely and support experienced fee earners on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases and related matters.

Full time hours | Office-based | Permanent Contract.

Commencement date: immediate start (Dependant on Notice period). 

Hours of business: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

2+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Law or Residential Property Conveyancing is desirable, as it allows you to provide confident, effective support on matters and manage competing priorities from the outset. However, we recognise potential and ambition. Applications from less experienced candidates who possess a law degree would be advantageous or from candidates with a strong academic background including GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics will also be considered, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

 

About You:

You may be an experienced Commercial or Residential Property Conveyancing Paralegal, Law Graduate or someone with a genuine interest in developing a career in Commercial Property law.  In all cases, you will demonstrate strong organisational skills and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and will be able to maintain meticulous records and demonstrate attention to detail.   You will also possess clear verbal and written communication skills as the role will involve effective communication with clients via email and telephone and will be able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage various property documents and administrative tasks with a proactive, team-focused mindset and approach.
