Our Residential Property Department is divided into smaller, dedicated conveyancing teams consisting of a solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer and a paralegal, giving our clients a single point of contact during the conveyancing process.
This role offers you the opportunity to grow where you will be supported to lead and shape one of these teams. From day one, you’ll play a key role in growing the department, supported by a wider team that embraces innovation and cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Mansfield
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)
As Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team.
- Manage a broad caseload of Residential Property transactions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success.
The ideal candidate
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced professional with:
- At least 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing with the ability to manage a broad caseload, although, the Company will also consider applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have carried out the majority of their training seat within Residential property and are able to manage a caseload of Residential Property matters.
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills.
- Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others, although training and support will be provided subject to experience.
