What do you specialise in?
Jason specialises in all aspects of Children Law and Care Proceedings, representing:
- Children in Care Proceedings through their Children’s Guardian, as well as children directly where separate representation is required.
- Parents, grandparents and other family members involved in Care Proceedings.
- Individuals invited to intervene in Care Proceedings.
- Parties involved in Adoption Order applications.
- Parents and children in disputes relating to child arrangements, residence, contact, adoption, prohibited steps and specific issue applications.
He also regularly advises and assists clients in relation to Child Protection Conferences, Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings and wider Social Care matters.
Qualifications
After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a Law degree in 2003, Jason completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Sheffield in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
