What do you specialise in?
Stacey is an experienced probate solicitor who has been practising law since 2009. She spent the early part of her career in the Chesterfield‑based Property team, developing a strong foundation in property law before moving into the Probate team in Chesterfield in 2019. Since then, Stacey has focused on supporting clients during what is often a difficult and emotional time, helping them navigate the legal process following the death of a loved one.
Stacey specialises in dealing with estates after death, providing clear, practical advice and sensitive support throughout the probate process. She assists personal representatives and executors with every stage of estate administration, from initial guidance through to final distribution, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with the law.
Her extensive background in property law is a significant asset in probate and estate administration, particularly where estates include residential or commercial property, land, or complex property interests. Stacey regularly advises on estates where property forms a substantial part of the assets and where careful handling is required to obtain a Grant of Probate and complete the administration smoothly.
