The majority of the Care team are now working successfully from home in line with government guidance, however, our main switchboard and administrative functions are all operating as normal.
Our team have full access to the systems they need as well as Skype and WhatsApp acounts to assist with communications.
We will send copies of evidence and documents to you by email where possible. Please use email or messaging and send us copies of documents electronically, you can use a scanning App such as Microsoft Office Lens on your phone to send us clear pictures of paper documents.
The Courts are still closed to the public and hearings have moved to be by phone or video. Your hearing may be postponed and we will tell you if/how your hearing will take place as soon as possible, but this is often subject to change.
