Madelene joined Banner Jones in November 2023, working in the Private Client team. Madelene is based across our Chesterfield and Mansfield offices. She worked in private client previously for almost 2 years.
Madelene advises clients on different types of Wills, from standard basic Wills to more complex Wills where Trust provisions may be involved, before drafting and finalising these to meet each client’s individual needs. She also advises on and prepares Lasting Power of Attorney documents for clients. She is also a member of the institute of paralegals after undergoing accredited training and assessments.
