Dealing with a death or Probate can be a very emotional and complicated process at the best of times but now in particular we know you need that extra support and guidance. We can now offer the initial appointment over the telephone from the comfort of your home, or if you prefer to talk to someone face to face, all of our offices are now open for appointments.
In November 2020 the government launched a new portal, enabling solicitors to issue probate applications online. The good news is that our team have been working with the new portal forms since they launched and our whole team are now very familiar with the new process. This means that we can process your matter quickly, helping to speed up the time it takes to get the grant of probate back. We are expecting to see a backlog build up at the probate registry later in the year, so the sooner we get your application submitted the better.
What do I need to do first?
Losing a loved one is never easy. It leaves so many arrangements to make that knowing where to begin can be overwhelming. The Coronavirus situation puts additional strain on this process both emotionally and practically. We are here to help.

- Register the death
- Arrange the funeral
